The company is now producing one instant ingredient for old-fashioned milkshake lovers. The Story of Sidewalk Gourmet at The GAP

It was established in early 2010 in Paete, Laguna, about 100 kilometers from Metro Manila. April 2012 when the founder relocated the business in the next town neighborhood of Pakil -Home of the Nuestra Señora delos Dolores de Turumba.

The owner's aspiration is to have her own business that serves people in her own simple ways. With the only great reward is the customer’s contentment, where she called it “profit.”

She loves to cook and she wants everyone to know partly who she is by sharing one of her weaknesses (food!). She mostly enjoys Italian, American and Mexican style foods. Then she launched the Sidewalk Gourmet.

She says many times, "I am very enthusiastic about creating different taste of foods, creating mixes for my drinks. I do this to satisfy my curiosity."

Amazingly, the place started to become well known to many. Not to mention, the business is remotely situated from the community. You really have to plan and give yourself a time to visit the place. We learned that one best tool to advertise is through the old fashion approach, the "word of mouth." It's free and satisfying.

The last comment she uttered was "It is a simple pleasure to me and thanks to all our customers patronizing the business... and I hope everyone who experienced the Sidewalk Gourmet felt the same way."
